Kindle Blackburn is a fiction writer, poet, and essayist. She earned a baccalaureate in literature with a minor in philosophy and a special interest in women’s studies. The grounded realism of her writing allows her to explore complex themes involving pain and perseverance.

Projects

Like most creatives, Blackburn has several projects percolating at once. This includes two novels, selected poems, and a collection of analytical essays. She once wrote a novella about microwaves in lieu of a project for science class.
